TERMS & CONDITIONS, LIABILITY
AGREEMENT:
This agreement is a contractual arrangement of 800-LIMOS TO LOGAN for the hire
of Limousine service and performance by the customer in the Limousine leading
up to and during the course of time. Any damage in excess of usual use and wear
of the hired car will result in a minimum charge of 50.00 for the repair and/or
the general cleaning of the car. Decision as to unusual wear and use of the vehicle
rests with the comapny, solely, and it's experience as to the general habitation
of hired cars and it's decision is final. 20% gratuity automatically added if
none is paid.16% to driver 7% administration. Additional hourly charges may be
added accordingly.A service fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged
for any airport cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick
up time, 7 days for special occasion runs, 30 days for weddings. LIMOS TO LOGAN
is not responsible for delayed, diverted or missed flights or any other incident
which results in failure to comply with cancellation policy nor shall we be held
responsible for not being able to fufill requests that exceed this original contract
though we will try our best without detriment to other reserved clients. Reservation
information contained herein is considered true and accurate unless otherwise
corrected by notifying us. 1-800-LIMOS TO LOGAN reserves the right to substitute
vehicles. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If passenger is unable to locate their
vehicle they must contact our office. Failure to do so may result in full charges
or additional fees being applied. this general liability agreement was attached
